The institute has a sprawling campus spread over one acre of land with state of the art infrastructure and lush green surroundings located at Plot No. : 216 / A, Zone-B, Mancheswar Industrial Estate, Bhubaneswar-751010. The institute is located one kilometer from Rasulgarh Square and half a kilometer from VSS Nagar.


Front Office studies cannot be completed without extensive lab sessions, Our Front Office lab is well equipped with all modern accessories ranging from front desk, telephone, hands-free reservations, Whitney rack, Bell desk, Computer terminals, with IDS Fortune Enterprise version, aiming to create tomorrow’s leaders.



To develop and fine tune the cooking skills, the students go through cookery practical in the Advanced Training Kitchen. To supplement these skills, regular demonstrations are given by the faculty and Industry Professionals in the demonstration Kitchen.


Here the students master the art of Baking and Confectionery which includes cake-making, pastries, bread products and desserts.


Skills of receiving and accommodating guests are taught here. In addition Fro
nt of the house skills are taught and the students are groomed to be efficient Front Office professionals with adequate general knowledge and accounting skills. Maintenance of Property, Interior Decoration, Flower arrangement, Fabric handling, Laundry management etc are practised here. The housekeeping lab is equipped with the most modern equipments like the Wet & Dry Vacuum Cleaner, Washing Machine, Steam Press, Maid's Trolley, and Linen Basket Trolley etc. The department has 3 Model Guest rooms i.e. Suite room, Double room, Twin room where the students can do the practical training. The Department also consists of a Laundry-Linen room and Housekeeping Lab.


Here the students learn the techniques of Food and Beverage Service - Training Restaurant and Bar I & II. Various styles of service such as Silver service, American service, Buffet service, Gueridon service etc are practiced. In addition, art and skills involved in the preparation of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are taught. BIITM has it's own F & B lab with 1 advanced Training restaurant with bar, cafeteria/fast food restaurant with 25 seating capacity. Our F & B Service lab is equipped with all the amenities which assist the students during their practical classes.
